About OSL Global
Who we are
OSL Global is a multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery company, headquartered in Crewe with an office in Swindon. We work across rail, water, power, waste to energy and defence, in the UK and internationally.
Our teams design, install, test and commission to each client's requirements, from concept through to handover. Because our engineers cover a wide range of disciplines, we can solve problems that sit across more than one of them.
We adapt to the needs of each project, and run every one with the same attention to precision, safety and efficiency.

At OSL Global, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and aligning with the UK's Net Zero target by 2050.
Our approach includes transitioning our vehicle fleet to electric and hybrid models, using 100% renewable energy in our largest facilities, and prioritising local suppliers to minimise transportation emissions. We also invest in carbon literacy training and implement efficient building practices to further reduce our environmental impact.
As we move forward, we are enhancing our Scope 3 emissions tracking and engaging our value chain partners to achieve continuous improvement in sustainability.

OSL Global is a founding member of the Crewe Rail Forum, and a founding employer partner of Crewe Engineering and Design UTC. At the UTC we work alongside Bentley, Jacobs, Siemens, Network Rail and Manchester Metropolitan University to give young people in Crewe a route into engineering.
