Land Management Works at Bersham Colliery

OSL Global has commenced the first phase of land management and controlled vegetation removal works at the former Bersham Colliery site in Wrexham.

These early works form part of a wider, long-term plan to restore and responsibly regenerate this historic landscape. The initial phase focuses on establishing safe access across the site, managing overgrowth and undertaking detailed ecological assessments to inform future activity.

This preparatory stage is essential in enabling subsequent environmental improvements, habitat protection measures and carefully considered, low-impact development. All works are being carried out with a strong emphasis on safety, environmental responsibility and collaboration with local partners.

The Bersham site holds significant industrial heritage and OSL is proud to contribute to the careful planning and early-stage works that will help shape its next chapter. Further updates will follow as the project progresses.
