OSL Global Supports Rail Safety Week 2026

Rail Safety Week 2026 runs from 15–21 June 2026, bringing organisations across the rail industry together to keep safety in focus and reinforce the shared responsibility we all have in protecting people across the railway.

At OSL Global, safety is the foundation of our business and sits at the heart of how we work.

As a rail and infrastructure delivery partner, our work depends on competent people, clear communication, proper planning and the confidence to speak up when something does not feel right. These principles are central to building a strong safety culture across every project, site and team.

Safety as Part of Everyday Delivery

For OSL, safety is not treated as a standalone activity. It is built into the way work is planned, briefed, managed and reviewed.

This includes clear risk management, effective communication with our teams, honest reporting, and acting on lessons learnt. It also means making sure people are properly supported, suitably competent and able to raise concerns when something needs attention.

Through this approach, safety remains visible throughout delivery, not just at the point of audit or review.

Supporting a Strong Rail Safety Culture

A strong safety culture relies on people taking responsibility for their own safety, the safety of their colleagues, and the safety of others who may be affected by their work.

At OSL, this is supported through our HSQE approach, ISO-accredited management systems and RISQS-verified processes. We are committed to identifying and managing health, safety and environmental risks, complying with relevant legislation and standards, and continually improving the way we work.

Our Just Culture approach also supports open and honest reporting of accidents, incidents, near misses and close calls, helping to ensure lessons are learnt and improvements are made.

Rail Safety Week 2026

Rail Safety Week is an important opportunity to pause, reflect and reinforce a message that matters every day of the year: safety is everyone’s responsibility.

For OSL, this means continuing to support the rail industry’s shared goal of getting everyone home safe, every day.

We are proud to support Rail Safety Week 2026 and to recognise the teams, clients, partners and wider rail professionals who work hard to plan, deliver and maintain safe railway operations every day.
